Submission grappling for ages 14+ in a rash guard and shorts. The same jiu-jitsu without the gi: faster, with nothing to grab. All levels welcome.
14+First class free

Movement and conditioning drills to get you loose and ready to grapple.
Takedowns, positions and submissions such as chokes, armbars and leg locks, shown step by step.
You rep the move with a partner until it starts to feel natural.
Sparring comes later in your training. Beginners learn the basics in a safe setting first.

Both head coaches have competed at the world level, and beginners get the same coaching as the black belts.
